I am a market-driven investor. If the market performance past, present, and future is not growing, I will not even look at t property to purchase. You need to have trust in the following fundamentals growing.
- Household income
Evaluate the following and see if you can make changes or if you are comfortable.
Are the following adding to or taking away from projected growth:
- Employment diversification
- Emerging market trends
- Residential sales
- New product coming to market
Additionally, completing a though due diligence process enables investors to assess the market conditions and the property’s competitive position within the sub-market.
